Emmanuel Afutu, Principal of Cendtek Group brings a wealth of experience as a Agile Management consultant; a change agent advising and steering firms to adopt agile practices in achieving business goals. His first introduction to agile was as a project team lead tasked to deliver software. He witnessed firsthand the turnaround and results driven capabilities of being agile when everything else failed in the toolbox. Through experience he has come to realize why businesses fail to meet their business goals.
He has held various positions throughout his professional career in the financial, healthcare, consumer , manufacturing and the banking industry. Positions held included Stockbroker, Senior Systems Analyst, Scrum Master, Chief Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Assistant to the CIO
Emmanuel studied at the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia and is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration(BBA) in Finance, A Bachelors in Business Administration(BBA) in Statistics, and a Masters in Business Administration(MBA). He also holds numerous professional certificates.
